THE CHARACTERISTICS OF OGLIAROLA GARGANICA
Macchia d'olio is a very high quality, light, full-bodied oil.
It is obtained from olives with high organoleptic qualities.
It is a precious oil with an intense fruity flavor.
The acid level is 0.4%, more than half the level required by the European Community regulation.
These characteristics provide Macchia d'olio with a high concentration of polyphenols and that green color that define the oil obtained from Apulian olives "green gold".
